Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamo scripts for BIM automation.
• Integrate BIM data with Power BI for advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on BIM software.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM technology and automation.

Skills required

• Proven expertise in Dynamo scripting and BIM software, particularly Revit.
• Strong experience with Revit APIs for custom tool creation and process automation.
• Familiarity with Green Building XML (gbXML) for environmental analysis and data exchange.
• Knowledge of AI applications for BIM,including machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and automation.
• Experience with Power BI integrationfor advanced analytics and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
