We offer value-added consulting services for virtual design and construction, including the coordination and integration of models for all types of construction projects (Architecture and Engineering). We are the ideal partner for stakeholders who want to use Building Information Modelling (BIM) in their construction projects and maintenance of buildings. We manage virtual models for architecture and engineering (MEP and Structure) This consists largely on the manipulation of information (parameters and databases) that are embedded in the respective models and objects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop HVAC system designs, selecting equipment and components, tailored to specific MEP projects.
  • Prioritize energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions in all design work.
  • Perform HVAC design calculation and Heat load calculation
  • Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national building codes and standards.
  • Perform precise heating and cooling load calculations to accurately size HVAC systems.
  • Utilize HVAC design software and modelling tools to optimize system performance.
  • Specify HVAC equipment and components, considering efficiency and capacity.
  • Create detailed ductwork and piping system designs, including layout and insulation requirements.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems into overall project plans.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and equipment selections for compliance with design intent.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in designs without compromising system performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and commissioning activities.
  • Oversee project aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and milestone delivery.
  • Maintain regular and open communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Mentor junior engineers and design staff, sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Prioritize safety and environmental considerations in all HVAC designs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC-related issues during both the design and construction phases.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with commissioning teams to verify proper system performance upon project completion.

Skills Required

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from a university accredited by relevant authorities.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 6 years of professional experience, specifically in projects within the United States.
  • Display proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software applications.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of design codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, CMC, IMC, etc
